Sonal is a patent attorney with over 15 years of experience. Before joining Bell & Manning, LLC, Sonal was a senior counsel at Foley & Lardner, LLP, where she started as a summer associate and worked for almost a decade. Before joining Foley, Sonal was a patent agent/engineer at a mid-sized general practice firm and at an IP boutique firm.
Sonal’s patent prosecution and counseling practice focuses on patent procurement and strategic patent portfolio development in cutting-edge technologies within the electronic and software domains across a variety of industries. Sonal is also well versed in handling business method patents and 35 U.S.C. ẟ 101 rejections.
